▏Return policy
If you have not yet issued a residence qualification certificate, you will be required to pay all costs other than the official fee.
If the applicant refuses to sign the visa, he/she will be required to pay the cost of the visa and any other costs not covered by the visa. If you wish to withdraw from the visa, you must provide us with a copy of the relevant documents (e.g. 护照) to confirm your refusal.
If you cancel your application before you arrive in Japan due to personal reasons, we will refund your application fee and any other costs incurred. If you wish to withdraw your application, you must return your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and confirmation of receipt of your application and provide us with a copy of your application.
After enrollment, you will not be required to pay any withdrawal fee.

▏Bursary scheme
Japan Student Services Organization奖学金
This is a scholarship for international students who read Japanese at Japanese universities, junior colleges, special schools, etc. and who have been approved by the Japan Student Services Organization. Applicants must have excellent academic ability and character, and meet the following conditions 1 to 4
For applicants, the scope of their application
1、Students who have excellent performance in their studies at our school (including attendance rate and study level)
2、Students whose average monthly income in their home country is less than 90,000 RMB (not including entrance fee and tuition fee)
3、Annual income less than 5,000,000 RMB
4、Please do not apply for the second year after receiving your application for admission to university or a vocational school.
Bursary: RMB 30,000 per month (RMB 360,000 per year)
